Cleaning chain
The process starts with the dirt linen first being put into the start of the tunnel washer. The linen undergoes 4 washing processes which include removal of rust, oil, and food stains. The wash process contains mechanical action, a required time limit and a bleach process. The last step of the wash process is the rinse that removes the chemicals. Then the linen goes to the hydrolic press which drains the water and then finally the into the dryer. This entire process occurs in the tunnel washers. The cleaned and dry linen is then taken to the calendars for ironing. Once ready, they are moved to the packing chamber and then are ready for delivery.
