Why German Engineering Matters: The Tunnel Washer Advantage

We own 5 of the 16 Tunnel Washers in India
The tunnel washer operates as a continuous, high-capacity washing system designed for industrial laundries. Linen moves sequentially through multiple wash compartments, each performing a specific stage of the wash process using controlled water, detergent, and temperature levels. After washing, the linen is transferred to a membrane press, where high pressure is applied to efficiently extract excess water. This integrated process ensures consistent wash quality, reduced water and energy consumption, and optimized operational efficiency. The tunnel washer uses 7litres of water per kg of linen washed while any other washer extractor uses 22 litres of water per kg of linen washed.
